Carolee lived in Key West as an adult until 2005. Key West & Monroe County have more artists p/sq. ft. then anywhere else in the USA. So, of course she painted for the last 25 years, mainly in acrylics. Upon retiring she watched a Bob Ross program on television and not knowing much about oil painting, decided to go to a certification class just to learn all about oils, not expecting to teach. Three certifications later, she has found such joy in oil painting and teaching others that they can do it to, she teaches every week in the Villages and 12 times a month at other areas of Florida. All summer she teaches in Michigan. Having studied with a great number of other instructors in traditional painting, acrylics, & others mediums she finds The Bob Ross Joy of Painting the most fulfilling. She invites you to join one of her classes, where you will complete a painting in one session. Even if you've never painted !! Come and enjoy, you'll be pleased with what you can do!!
